12" x 15" Black Piano Finish Perpetual Plaques have a beautiful black high gloss piano finish. Header plate & 18 mini plates are Black laser plates with Gold Engraving.

Engraving on header plate text included in these prices.

Engraving on mini-plates is $3.00 per plate for two lines or $4.50 per plate for three lines unless pre-paid at time of plaque purchase.

(A one-time charge of $10 will be added if your engraving includes a logo. This charge will be waived if we already have your logo on file.)
